Be patient! You will get it! It all goes by social security numbers.
Put yourself in their shoes and think of all of the millions of people who are getting rebate checks. It takes more time that most impatient Americans think!
You will receive a letter in the mail approximately two weeks before you receive your check.
Be patient! I know it's hard to wait!!! :D |

If you owed money to the IRS in previous years they might not send you a check. Also you can call and check the status of your stimulus check. Or you can check online https://sa1.www4.irs.gov/irfof/IRServlet?app=IRACTC&selectLanguage=en |

It goes by the last 2 numbers of your ss# and whether you have direct deposit or you ha your checks come in the mail also some people are recieving 2 checks and some people are getting none they do have a number to call but i'm not so sure what it is but you will need to wait on hold for maybe over an hour.GOOD LUCK |

just be patient. you don't have to hire an attorney. you would spend all your money to the lawyer anyways. |

Go to where's my refund at http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=96596,00.html to see if there's anything about your refund there. If they got your return, there should be info there - if it says your refund was mailed but you never got it, click on "continue" to request a replacement check.
Did you mail your return? If so, there's a possibility that they never got it, or lost it among the huge number of stimulus-only returns they got this year. If that's the case you might have to send it again. If there's nothing on the where's my refund site for you, it starts to sound like for whatever reason they don't have your return. |

my husband and i are in the same situation. we filed early and still haven't received ours. I don't know where he checked, but he said yesterday that ours should be coming in next month sometime. so ... just wait a little while longer, I guess? |

Check to see if there is a local IRS office near you. If not you may have to hire an attorney. |
