To proof its from your mouth let a close friend smell it.Someone who can tell you the truth.Sometimes one thinks there mouth stinks when it really doesn`t.The more conscious you get the more you think it really stinks.
If another person says it does stink You will have to see a Dentist or even a regular Doc.May be you have a gum infection. |

brush your teeth 3 times a day. dont floss. use mouthwash every time you brush your teeth, and keep breathmints and gum in your purse. and if thats not helping, talk to your dentist about it. |

Hi, continue your regular oral hygiene but this time, using more efficient and proven mouth wash or deodorizer to take the bad odor away. The best time to use these materials is before bedtime. Use a tongue cleaner and do the cleaning right at the back of your tongue. Drink plenty of fluids but avoiding too much coffee and alcohol because these drinks usually leave residues in the posterior of your tongue which will even worsen your case. Make it appoint to clean your teeth and mouth when you have eaten fish and meat. Dairy products must also be treated in the same way. Whenever you feel your mouth is a bit dry, chew sugar-free chewing gum. Doing so will increase the saliva production in your mouth, which is the natural cleanser and maintenance of your oral system. Fresh and fibrous foods will also help you maintain clean fresh breath so take them often. Seek the advice of a dental professional to permanently cure the oral condition you have. Hope this helps. |

If you can smell your own bad breath you are very unusual because most people cannot smell their own breath. You need to know that all people as well as pets have some amount of bad breath. Try flossing at night instead of before going out, if that is what you are doing. The blood makes the smell a little worse. Also try using a mouthwash, like ACT. That helps. Also make sure you brush your tongue and the roof of your mouth, that's where most bacteria are. Altoids mints are also good, they are strong. |

u should get a tounge scraper, most of the bad breath germs r on yur tounge, u can get one at target or walmart, prettymuch everywhere
or u might need to go to the dentist so u can had a good deep clean, and they can give u a perscription mouthwash for bad breath |
