I was in the same situation. If you filed with like H & R Block and had the fees deducted from your refund you will get a paper check in the mail. Even though your refund was direct deposited. Block uses a third party bank so your refund went to that bank where your fees were deducted and the rest was sent to you. I didn't know that tidbit of information until last night. Hope that helps. |

I don't know but we're in the same boat. It was supposed to have been direct deposited by May 2. Here it is May 5 and still nothing.
But I just called the IRS and because we did rapid refund, it's technically not a direct deposit (the bank who funds the rapid refund causes the problem). So we have to wait until the 16th for a paper check.
It really threw a kink into the works. (I've not had a car for almost a month, waiting on this and expecting it on the 2nd. No one ever said that doing rapid refund would hold things up for the stimulus check.) |

last 2 digits 10 received friday wrong amount and a letter was received in the mail letting them know the check was deposited in the right amount will be at the bank monday morning so i assume they haven't worked out all the glitches yet however these taxes were filed online beginning of april 2008 |

we have not gotten ours either, we are in the same situation with the last two digits of the ss # and we filed our taxes in mid jan!!. my husband is making me check every hour to see if we've gotten it yet. i also tried the "where's my payment" on the irs website and i get a message saying "sorry we have no info for you" i am very worried and so is my husband. i am angry that they promised it earlier than anticipated then didn't follow through. also, what is this business about getting a paper check if you had money taken out for a tax service. they didn't mail us a paper check for our original refund so why do it now?????? |

it just hasn't been processed yet that's all. you may see it 2morrow evening or night and if not sometime during the week by may 9th at the lastest. |

There could be a few things here that could happen, 1. the IRS messed up and didn't deposit your rebate. 2. your bank is holding your rebate as for some odd reason..some banks hold it for 2-3 days before releasing it to your account (I had a friend that this happened to) or 3. you had fees taken out when you did the direct deposit (you'll get a check then, but I'm not sure on this one). I suggest calling the IRS tomorrow (be prepared for a long wait) and calling your bank to see if it was deposited and they are holding it. I hope you guys get it. |

I havent got anything at all yet either and my last digits are 08 my boyfriends sister is 01 and she had hers over two weeks ago... its like what the hell! |

Im not sure why you didnt get your rebate. my husbands friend did. his ends in 08. maybe they are still working on those, you should call see what they say. tell them a friend of yours received theres with the same last two digits and you didnt receive yours. also try checking the where is my stimulus payment link on the irs website. |

I am freaking out too! Ours is the same story and we hade no problems with our Tax refund direct deposit and now no such luck! Any answers would be great. Thanks |

If you tried the "wheres my stimulus" on the irs website yesterday then try again today. Mine yesterday said no information but today it gave me a date of May 9. The last of my husbands (which is the first social listed) is 53. I was also told that it would not appear on the website until it was in the system, with a date set for it to post in the irs system. |

OMG!! me and my husband have the same problem too! and we are suppose to get $1800..and we dont show up on the website either!!....hhmmmm..makes me wonder...my last digits are 09 suppose to be here on fri also |
