contact your HR department at you job they will let you know if you can print your own W2, but don't be so fast at filing IRS isn't accepting tax return until after Jan 16th, and make sure you have all you tax information attached to your return.

there is NO central place where all w-2's go.

W2 information is provided by your employer. If your employer has that information online, you should ask your employer.
There is no other place you can get it. Read http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/04/list-of-articles.html

Nope. Your W-2s come from your employer. It's up to them to get them to you.
Some employers have websites for your pay info - if you work for one of those, you might be able to download them right after the first of the year.

Some employers have theirs online. You must ask your HR department. They couldnt be available before Jan 1. You can submit your tax return anytime but the IRS wont look at it before Jan 16.

Maybe for your particular employer, but not for all employers.

A few companies put their W-2's online and allow employees to download them - if your company does, they'd have to give you the info on how to get yours. They wouldn't be there yet though, the year isn't over.

There is a site available at no cost to you to e-file your tax returns and they can be done early. As stated above, your employer does the w-2 forms.
