How old are you? An adult, maybe. An underage child, no your parents get it! |
|

 |
The payment is based on your 2007 federal tax return. If you did not file or will not file a 2007 return than you will not get the stimulus payment. |

You need to have earned $3000 in 2007. Further info is here: http://www.smartmoney.com/tax/advice/index.cfm?story=20080211-Stimulus-Offers-Free-Money-to-Most&nav=RSS20 |

If you are not a dependent and made at least $3000, then yes.
if not, you'd get a 2nd chance for the money when you file your 2008 return. |

You have to meet the minimum income requirement. (I believe it is $3k) If you had no taxes withheld....you probably didn't make enough. |

Look on the internet and you can find out. Put in tax rebate. |

In order to qualify you would have to meet the following criteria:
1) Wages, social security benefits, and veteran's payments totaling at least $4,000 for 2007.
AND
2) You can not be claimed as a dependent on anyone else's tax return for 2007. |

I think you have to have made over $15,000 AND paid taxes on it. so i would say no, BUT, Google it! |

I believe that you would qualify, as long as you file a 2007 tax return. You won't owe any taxes, but you have to file to receive the rebate. |
