I´m a US citizen, I´ve lived my entire life outside the US, what taxes do I need to pay?
I´m worried about any debts that I might have because I´ve never declared taxes from outside the US. Thanks for any help! the IRS site is alright but everything´s by phone, and I can´t call during work hours.

seems you or someone just like you asked this before
if you have lived your entire life outside the US and do not intend to return, you might consider revoking your citizenship
US citizens pay taxes on world wide income, there are exclusions one of which is a time element and you have more than fulfilled that one
when did you start earning income that would have needed to be reported and paid to the US?
that might be your starting point and go forward from there

it's possible you dont owe any and never have. see IRS publication 54.

You need to declare all of the income you have earned while out of the country and pay taxes on it. In addition you will have to pay fines for not declaring it before now because you were supposed to do that every year.
