You were deducted? That's a first. In most cases taxes are deducted. |

I'm not sure what your question is saying. If you are saying you made $2000 that was reported on your tax return, then no you aren't eligible - you have to have made at least $3000 to be eligible. If you are saying that you paid $2000 in federal income tax (net after your refund) then you'd be eligible - but if you owe back taxes, they'd keep it for that. |

You needed to have filed a tax return with $3,000 of "qualified" income and every one on the return had to have a SS#. |

Your question is not clear. You made $2,000? Or you paid $2,000 in income taxes?
If you only made $2,000 then you're not eligible.
If you paid $2,000 in tax, then you're eligible for a max rebate. |

I need more information to answer your question.
Did you pay $2000 in tax, or did you have $2000 in taxable income?
How were you deducted by the IRS?
Add this information to your question and I'll try to answer it. |

Your question makes no sense.
If you had taxable income of at least $3000 last year and had an AGI of less than $75,000, you may be eligible for a rebate of $300 or more.
If you paid income tax of $2000, that's nice, but irrelevant. |

A third interpretation: He had a $2,000 refund, but it was applied against past due taxes or some other federal obligation. Unless the offset paid the debt in full, the stimulus payment will also be offset. |

No. You have to make at least $3000 to get a check. |
