Depends. Not enough info given. How many exemptions did you take on your W-4? What is the salary?

Basic is a bit more 15% for everything altogether, unless you claim a lot of exemptions.

There is no exact formula. FICA (Social Security and Medicare) is exactly 7.65%. Federal is based on a tabled format and will depend on the size of each check. A general rule of thumb is about 10%. As for your state, it depends on where you live. There are still some states with no income taxes. Others range up to eight percent. You'll have to go to your own state's website to get a better picture on their taxation.
