Are you saying you didn't have a job at all in 2007? Then you won't be getting anything "back", there's nothing to get back if you didn't have any income and didn't pay anything in. |

I am not sure about your question but I will try to answer it the best that I can. If you have no work experience then you probably have not had a job during the year. If you do not have any income then there is a good chance that you do not have anything to file a tax return with and will not get a refund. I hope that this helps you but realize that it probably will not help you with your real problem. |

Your child is considered a deduction used to lower your level of income when figuring out your tax rate. He's not a tax "bonus." so I don't know that you will get money from the IRS without having paid taxes. You can probably go online, though, and find out for sure. Go to TurboTax or smething like that. |

Without paying any income tax, I don't think you can get anything back. My best advice is to look into getting food stamps, tanf and medicare. good luck. |

You can't just file taxes because you need money and expect to get anything back.
Did you work at all during the 2007 tax year (1/1/07 - 12/31/07)? Did you have enough interest from bank accounts, IRAs, CDs, etc., to claim the interest as income?
My point is you have to have a TAXABLE reason to file taxes. If you worked during the 2007 tax year, you will probably be entitled to an Earned Income Credit.
Talk to your tax professional to see exactly what your tax liability is and to discuss whether you should file taxes or not. |
