Contact IRS at 1-800-829-0922 and they will provide you the address to send your payment, or visit your local IRS office and take the payment there.

well it depends if its on your house note then you can stop paying your morgage and the irs and the irs will be held reliable for the house but they cant touch it because its in your name and not payed off so you dont have to pay your morgage
