Has the normal paycheck day passed? If so, call them up and ask why you havent received it. If they give no answer, the wrong answer, contact your state's department of labor and file a complaint with them. |

By California law, the employer is required to mail the last check to your home address. If it's been over a month, call your Human Resource department and ask. |

Call the doctor. You said that the company has a alot of problems so probably it just slipped off his things to do as there is no manager. Call him and tell him that its your money and he got to mail it ASAP. |

Its your money you earned it the doctor has to pay you. Call him and tell him to send you the money asap or you will report him to the employment agency. Tell him you earned the funds fair and square and you need to collect them now. Say, Doctor, if I do not receive my salary in 72 hours I will report you and file a complaint.
Screw the doctor, it's your money, when you get it you'll feel proud for standing up to for your rights. |
