It is a stimulus rebate check. Our economy sucks right now. The government is giving money back to people who paid taxes on time in hopes to stimulate the economy. Hopefully this will prevent another depression like in the 50s. Single people get $300.00 and married people get $600.00. You also get money for each dependent you have.
