i recieved a letter from the IRS also, stating
that i was to recieve my rebate check by Friday 5/16/08...Well today is Friday 5/16/07...postman delivered mail about 9 hours ago...and NOTHING!!!!! Now im pretty pissed!!! My husband's SSN is 07..Filed our 2007 Tax Returns through the online program Turbo Tax, had our Tax returns direct deposited into out bank account, but the letter also states that we will be getting a paper check in the mail instead of direct deposited.....Just hurried up and give me my money!!! |

My # is 03 and I got the letter Monday but no check yet. I was wondering the same thing because the letter does say "BY" the 16 while everything else is saying "ON" the 16. I hope it means we will get it by Friday because I really need the money!! Good luck :D |

According to www.irs.gov your check should be mailed out no later then May 16th and you should receive it within 3-5 days after that if your getting a paper check. If your having it direct deposited you should have already received by the end of day on a May 2nd.
