There have been a lot of people who have not received theres yet, you also have to remember that the 9th was on a Friday and the IRS does not work weekends, or it could be the way that your bank is set up |

the same thing happened to me and im angry!! i was supposed to have mine on the second and still dont have it. apparently if u used H&R Block or TurboTax or RAL then the IRS doesnt not have ur direct deposit info. i used turbotax. so instead u get a paper check mailed to u by the last two of ur social. i was to have mine on the second and instead i have to wait until the 23rd and i was really counting on it for some bills!! it really sucks that there is fine print on these stimulus checks and im sure a lot of people feel screwed |

I signed up for direct deposit too and I havent recieved mine either. If you used Turbo Tax you will recieve an "anticipation check" meaning you will just get a regular check like anyone else. Unfornately, there are many individuals who filed thier taxes and the company they went through used their own funds to add or debit checking accounts soo now even though you "filed" using DD you still can get a papercheck. |

What kind of service did you use to prepare your taxes, did you use turbo tax? My sis in law used turbo tax and she did have it direct deposited and she still has to wait on a paper check! go to the irs website and click where is my stimulus payment. |

I haven't received mine yet either but there is some good news! Searching answers from people who asked the same question there was an answer that actually helped me:
no you won't recieve yours until sometime this week.
on the 9th they were only up to socials ending in 38

It should've come a while ago!!! It may take forever but you deserve YOUR money so call the number that they always say to call for questions and problems with tax refund stuff. I don't personally know the number (Sorry! =( ) But if you type in tax refund information on google i think you can find it easily if it's not on the information you used to actually do your taxes |

Some people who filed with Turbo Tax got their direct deposit - either because they did not use any of the TurboTax financing options, or because they used the software on their own computer and not the on-line version of TurboTax.
If you got a refund anticipation loan or paid your fees out of your refund, then you will get a paper check.
There are many options available with Turbo Tax, so depending on which options you used, most of them will mean you get a paper check. |

Well, I see a lot of comments here that if you used TurboTax you will be getting a paper check in the mail. My co-worker and I both filed our taxes with TurboTax. She got a direct deposit refund and I paid and signed up for direct deposit. We both fell in the May 9th date, and use the same bank. She RECEIVED her rebate direct deposit. I am still waiting/wondering when I will get mine. And I did not deduct for tax prep either. So, I'm wondering if i'll be among the 1% or whatever who has to fight b/c in July I still wouldn't have gotten it yet. Doesn't make sense, co-worker got hers and I didn't... |

If you did your taxes with H&R Block then they will send you your paycheck depending on their number not yours |

you almost never get the money back on the date that it says you will. relax. its coming. i would start worrying around july. thats when i got mine last year. and i filed in feb. |
