congratulations on winning such a huge amount. if they are asking you to do some thing then do it, if you beleive in them. I have just one question. Can any one win a lottery without purchasing a lottery ticket.???? please use your logic. secondaly if you win a lottery you are not expected to pay any administrave charges at all. all one has to pay is income tax, which is deducted at source by the lottery organiser and the balance is paid to lottery winner. i have given you are the information. now u apply your brain/logic and think what you have to do.

As you posted this in TAXES, I thought there might be a tax question, like, "Do I pay tax on this?".
I think you'll find that those nice people at "google" expect you not only to pay the courier charges, but some taxes as well.
