I am in the same boat as you. Did you check the website irs(dot)gov under the "where's my stimulus payment?" link? I am expecting my payment May 9th as well and I filed my taxes back in January (they were direct deposited). When I check the link, it always says there is no information on the status of my stimulus payment. *sigh* I will let you know tomorrow if I get it!
Edit: lucky duck! If it says tomorrow, it will certainly be there tomorrow. I received my "regular" refund via DD and the date was exactly right on the website. Now if I can just get a date for my stimulus payment.... sigh... |

It all depends on how you filed. I called the IRS and was told that if you used a RAC or RAL loan through a third party such as HR block or jackson hewitt, that you would recieve the rebate in a check form. |

I called my bank today and mine is pending.They said it would be available tomorrow.The IRS website also said it would be May the 9th.So I hope this helps.I believe it will be in there tomorrow.I know it is nerve racking especially right now when everyone needs it the most.Good Luck to you! |

It can take up to three business days for the bank to process the information from the IRS - so you may not get it until Tuesday the 13th. |

A lot of people that thought they would get direct deposit are incorrect because of the company they used to file their taxes. A lot of people used companies and paid their filing fees by having it deducted from their refund which means they will get a paper check. |
