According to this paycheck calculator link:
http://www.paycheckcity.com/netpaycalc/netpaycalculator.asp
here is how it breaks down if you are filing single--although I did not include state taxes since I don't know which state you live in:
Bi-weekly Gross Pay
$1,250.00
Federal Withholding
$157.85
Social Security
$77.50
Medicare
$18.13
State
$0.00
Net Pay
$996.52
You can use the same link and put your home state in there and see whow much is taken out bi-weekly for that, I live in TX so there is no state tax. But that is a ballpark figure that hopefully you were looking for! |

Tax, SSI, and Medicare, may run about $300.00 per pay check, leaving about $950.00.
I calculated about 15% IRS, 7 1/2 %, SSI, and about 2 1/2% Medicare, give or take. One or the other may be + -, not knowing your deductions. |

About $937.50 but remember , state taxes vary from state to state .
The fed tax , s s tax , medicare , will be constant but state taxes and disability deductions vary .

Since you are only looking for a ballpark figure, and not knowing if you pay state taxes, your deductions, insurance, etc, deduct 28% - 30% for taxes. You're take home will be approx $900 every 2 weeks. |

about $800. depending on what state you live in. |

I assumed your W-4 claims Single and 1 withholding allowance.
Your Federal income tax withholding should be $138.23.
FICA (soc sec + medicare) is 7.65% = $95.63.
That leaves $1016.14
From that subtract state withholding if your state has an income tax. Any withholding for insurance, 401(k), etc. is taken from that amount. |

Take home pay is about 2/3rds of gross pay, so my guess is $837.50 |

$950.00 +- give or take with medical / life insurance, 401k, etc. |
