the way you got your refund is how you get your rebate..
i work at h and r block..
have no experience with turbo tax or even h and r bloc tax cut on line..
but if you got your refund through them...like they withheld your fees out of the refund then it will come through the mail. |

If Turbotax at any time asked if you wanted to pay a fee by credit card or by having it taken out of the refund and you didn't use your credit card, then the refund is going through them and you would get a paper check for the rebate. |

Yes, it will affect your taxes. In a good way. You will receive you stimulus payment by direct deposit sometime in May. Those getting a paper check may be waiting as long as July 11. |

The rebate will be directly deposited between May 2nd and May 16th, depending on the last two digits of your social security number.
I did not get a refund this year, but had to pay. I also used TurboTax, and was asked if I wanted my rebate direct deposited when I filed. Those who received a refund will receive their rebate in the same manner.
Also, you aren't getting $600. Very, very few people will actually get exactly $600. The rebate starts at $300 (for those who earned the least), and slowly climbs to $600 (for those who have an adjusted gross income of up to $75,000), and then drops back down to $0 very quickly. |
