It should have been included in your last payment. See your condition of employment. You may not be entitled as you have not worked for 6 months.

Spence
No, because you are only entitled to annual leave after the probationary period. Although it may not be in your contract most companies have a set probationary persiod, which is usually 6 months.

Hiye Jen ! I just clicked on your pic and looked at your 2 questions and 2 answers... What do you mean it's not the Bank's running this country ( or the whole world for that matter ?)
You quit ! On your principle no doubt; I wouldn't personally give a quitter Jack ***t... after a mere two months ! Is that your idea of commitment ? Determination ? If it don't go your way give up and leave....sure that'll change the world won't it ? So what's a contract worth then ?
They are Cr*p but atleast we know it ...whom are you then ... oh yeah a quitter that want's MORE.
You have given NO details of yourself so I have to read what is there for all to see....click on a pic and you can read all mine or anyones stats here...contact me please but otherwise you sound like just another Greedy want it all but won't Suffer nothing to get it Selfish child....that's my worthless opinion of your q and a's so far.....Have you got anything else apart from that to offer ?x

whatever time you worked is what you are entitled to. nothing more.

Most probationary periods are 3 months, contract? Either way, forget it...you don't have a leg to stand on. But you may be able to claim a tax rebate.

fmelahi
They have to pay u those holidays unless specificaly something against this in ur employment contract. Otherwise tell them u r going to complain to the employment tribunal...if they still dont pay...file a claim

The tagg master
i dont think so you could have been on probationary period and if you quit after two months i dont you would be entitled to anything sorry
