No. You would have had to file a return. To make absolutly sure, visit the irs website. www.irs.gov for more info.

Nope. The stimulus rebate was based on your estimated tax liability. No income = no tax liability = no rebate.

Judy1
No, your friend is wrong. One of the requirements for getting a stimulus check is that you had at least $3000 of eligible income in 2007.

NOPE. You missed the deadline anyway for 2007.
You can certainly file a tax return, but WHY would you if you had NO income? You had no income and no tax liability and you weren't eligible in 2007 or 2008 for stimulus rebate. AND as a dependent of your parents (you're obvioisly NOT self-supporting), you aren't eligible for a stimulus payment.

Nope

No. The stimulus was available to anybody who was not a dependent of somebody else and had earned at least $3000 as wages or even social security or some other types of non-taxable income. If you had no earning then "no". Since you are a full time student and have no income, I bet you are a dependent of somebody so that is another reason you will not get one.

I read somewhere where you may be able to but not sure ,call the IRS or go to their website, find a phone number and ask them directly probably your answer to your question is there .

piet lul
