darlene_villano | If you receive a salary of $32,000.00 a year, how much is that an hour? |

me
Divide 32,000 by however many hours you work in a year.
If you get that salary by working 10 hours per week - you're making 61.50 per hour. However, if you work 100 hours per week, you're making 6.15 per hour. |

32K / 52 / 40 = $15.39
And, surprisingly, you can't do simple math but get paid $15+ per hour. |

John Mc
$15.38
This by dividing it into 52 weeks...and then calculating a 40 hour work week. |

kim b
John Mc is correct. Based on a 40 hour work week, 52 weeks per year, you would earn approximately $15.38 per hour. |

Steve
Assuming it is a full time job, your hourly pay should be $15.38 an hour if you only work 40 hours per week. If you work more than 40 hours per week, it will be less. |

Mrs. E
Based on a 40 hour work week, that is about $15.38 per hour.
To break it down, take 32,000 divided by 52 (weeks in a year) and divide that by 40 (work hours) to get your answer. |

$15.38 per hour. What's it doing? Digging holes in the road?
How many days vacation? |

Swetha

i think its 7.5 |
