Ha ha ha ha. You wouldn't even get an out house for that price. My 2 bed terrace cost £120,000 and that was 6 years ago in the north of England where house prices are relatively cheap! |

it would make a pretty good down payment, depending on the area you want to live in, though it's a bigger payment than most pay when they buy a house. Though depending on the total cost of the home you may have large morgage payments. Be prepared to make some small improvments as well.

You would find it hard to buy a trailer for that. I bought my house in Ireland for £8,500 nearly 20 years ago. If I wanted to buy it today it would cost me €450,000. Should have bought two back then. |
