Tom, My bank holds the check for 3 days. If Walmart will give me the cash, I can deposit it in the bank and have it the same day. I don't have debt. |

Yes they are and no you don't, but if you choose to, they will refund you the cost of the card. |

Walmart is cashing the stimulus check free of charge(no hidden fees). They are one of the few retailers who are cashing the checks and do NOT require you to get a walmart card. They will cash the check, hand you the cash, no fees. If you don't have a bank take advantage of the offer. |

Wal-Mart is cashing rebate checks for FREE. No gimmicks, you don't have to put it on a prepaid card, gift card, etc. They're hoping that by you going into Wal-Mart to cash the checks, you'll shop around and spend some of that money while you're there! |

I think so, go to walmart.com and get a phone no. or maybe its mentioned on their site. I think they are so they can get the business. No gift card involved. |
