Technically No; but Yes it will be. You will have to put that amount on your 2009 tax return. What the IRS and the FBI are trying to do is not stimulate the economy but rather find out who is doing what with their money and who files their taxes every year. Just to let You people know that it is a Class B misdemeanor to not file your taxes. So if you don't then tell me where you live what will you be wearing the next day, your name and basically everything about you. I want to over crowd the FBI's jails. E-MAIL ME |
