Only if your employer has a website for it.

Generally, no. Some employees offer them online, but most do not. The IRS does not provide information online about any individual's tax records, for privacy and security reasons.

You can obtain a replacement W-2 from your employer. They may charge a fee.

Depends.

- if this is an earlier year W2 against which IRS has questions for you, then you can ask the IRS to send you a copy of the W2. (not online) alternately you can call the employer and tell them that IRS has questions for you and you need a copy of the W2, if this is within the last 5 or 7 years, generally they will send you a copy free :)

- If current year filing, u can call the employer and ask for a copy. Or if u downloaded it in the first place, then u can go to that site and download it again. Otherwise there is no way you can download it.

You must ask your employer. If they did not give you your original W2 online then probably not.
