Yes and it is disgusting B. Pensioners have to pay more than a quarter of their monthly pension on council tax, which isn't a great amount to live on in the first place. What for? To feed the already fat cats.

Yes - it is - our local council in Peterborough is exactly the same - they waste our money employing highly paid executives that are idiots - they pay for ALL our councillors to have lapotops because the poor hard done by one's can't get to all the meetings and so need to be kept in touch by email.
Trouble is - half of them aren't intelligent enough to flick a light switch on.
