Before Tax

Before tax, they couldn't tell you your salary after tax until receiving a tax code it would be impossible to calculate.

It can only be tax free if you are working abroad depending on their tax system etc if it is in Uk then it is gross salary not net.
Mike T
Before tax, unfortunately.

Before tax....this will be your gross salary...
What they are implying I would imagine is that there are no other benefits available...eg Pension contributions, medical care, etc etc
Most companies take off the tax on your behalf and pay it across to the revenue...paying you the net amount.....it makes a large difference as I am sure that you are aware alas.

you wish it was after, dont you?!!!
