Looking for info on not having to pay social security taxes?
i heard you can get back all the money you've paid into your social security benefits and sign off to not receive any benefits when you're retirement age and they stop taking the ss taxes from your paychecks. if this can be done i would like to know how to go about it thanks

I know that the Amish people do not pay in .If I were you I would call the toll free ## for social security office to verify this.

Why do you want to do that? Listen time passes so fast that when you get to the age of getting your benefits you won't believe it went so fast. What are you going to do then? No medical help no money. Are you a billionaire? That you can have enough money save for your retirement.

never heard of it.

Rules about not paying SSI which I believe MAY apply to some religious institutions would not apply to you as an individual- sorry there is no way out unless you are just going to stop working.

I have never heard of that. If that is true, nobody under the age of 45 would be paying social security.
