You should have been paying tax and insurance from the off, i suggest that you have a word with your employers about this.
They could be in serious trouble. How can you be classified as visitors if you are working. |

You do not give much information, but it seems that you are being exploited by your employers. You should be paying National Insurance, to qualify for health care, and Income Tax, if you are earning enough. You can visit your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau, for advice.
Two web sites for information......... |

You should be paying national insurance and income tax, but most foreigners dont bother so why should you?
Just have lots of kids and all us brits will pay for their up-keep - then you dont have to work and we'll provide you with a free house. |

You probably have a work permit to work here. All employers have to pay National Insurance for their employees, and likewise, you are liable to Income Tax and National Insurance contributions on your earnings. If you wished to be classed as self-employed, then HM Revenue and Customs will be able to help. The Citizens Advice Bureau will also be able to give advice. |

go to "jobcentre plus", they will give you the asistance you need to stay here legally (they might fine your british family employers, but they have been cheating you). then you can work where you choose. |
