Yes. Is there a reason why you think it wouldn't be? Most everyone has taxable income if they make over $1500 per year. You would be no exception.

More than likely, yes.

Since you do not list the sources of your income, it is theoretically possible for it not to be taxable. That would be the case if, for example, all of your income was from municipal bonds.

In USA you are taxable if you live in USA for more than 90 days.
Check with your company. If they pay you they will deduct taxes.
