Since you're asking about the UK, I don't know. But in the US, she'll be in big trouble with the IRS!

So that means she owes? As long as you turn your taxes in by 4/15 she will be okay. You can make payments. Hope that helps!

if you contact them they will help her with a payment plan oops i didnt see UK I dont know but in the USA they will give you a payment plan the IRS over here is very easy to work with if ya dont try to screw them.

she go on a payment plan, if she doesn't make the payments she will go to jail. no joke. uncle sam always collects his debts, but he is no fool. If she is in jail she can't pay, so she will be given every opportunity to pay it off and stay free.

Ask for a payment plan. She must pay it off in 36 months, I believe.
