above 1000000 238000+30% of (TI- 1000000)+10% sc

For any other individual, every HUF/AOP/BOI/Artificial juridical person

According to the information given by u your tax bill stands at rs. 27030 assuming that your investments eligible for deductions u/s 80C is nil. plz provide full break up of ur salary so that i can calculate your correct tax bill . it can be lowered I am available at pschoudharycac@yahoo.com

Assuming that you are male and have not made any tax exception investments .....

2,55,000 - 1,00,000 (basic tax exemption that government gives) = 1,55,000.
in 1,55,000 you can remove your house rent/house loan premium and medical expenses (bills are must).

After that whatever amount remains ... in that for first 50,000 it is 10% and for the rest of the amount it is 20% ...
