If you filed separately the checks will come to you individually for the amount you each deserve. |

Each of you would get a separate check if you are eligible - if you have $3000 or more or qualifying income you most likely are. The check would only be over $300 if you paid more federal income tax than $300 for 2007. Go to http://www.irs.gov/app/espc/ to find out how much you'll get. Since you filed separately, each of you will be evaluated separately on your own return. |
