that's a felony offense how and why did they do that?their name wasn't on your check so how could they cash it and how would the bank allow that also,that sounds weird to me,but if it happened you can press charges of fraud. |

So your parents had all pertienent information such as W2's from your job? If they signed it, that's fraud. And if they opened your mail, that's illegal too. But its your parents, what ya gonna do?! |
