IRS wheres my refund says Jan 25th. Doesn't say its paid just says direct deposited on Jan 25th. The delays are only for certain forms filed. None of which I had to file. Thanks for the answers. :) |

Did you use HR block simple pay?
They are saying it is going to take an additional 1 to 3 business days. I'm mad. I paid the bank 29.95 to use simple pay and they are holding my funds????? Anyway I have found the simple pay terms and conditions they are posted on another question like this that was posted a few minutes later than yours. Go read em. It does not say they are going to hold the funds. |

There was an article that said the government may have some delays in getting out the refunds. Give it until Monday and if you have not heard anything check the "where is my refund" page to find out what happened. Also, you can call your bank to see if it is pending but not available. Good Luck. |

Call the hr block bank, 1-888-687-4722, they will give you the status of your refund. They will tell you when your refund got to their account, and they will let you know if the fees are taken out as of yet. The lady was very helpful. This eased my mind a little bit knowing that they actually DO have my refund. |

Then it will probably come next Friday. Should be there by now. BUT,sometimes it's THERE, but your bank is SLOW in doing the paperwork and stuff, so do try again later. Check with irs to see if it was paid--Where's My Refund |

Mine was. Every bank handles deposits differently, so give it a day or two. If you don't get it by the 30th, call the IRS to see what's up. They won't be able to do anything til then. |

yea i called the irs yesterday 1/25, and they stated that my refund was schedule to be dd on the 25th and to call back after 5pm to make sure it was sent, so i called hrblock and they stated that they receive all their refunds from the irs after 3pm, so i called hrblock back around 4:30 pm and they stated that they received my refund and that it should be in my account by Tuesday. Thank God for the release, release, release, in Jesus Holy name Amen. |

My bank tends to process all the electronic deposits at the end of the day.

I am having the same problem. I have been on the phone with HR Block the entire weekend. They keep saying the same thing. The IRS released the funds to them, and they take out their fees, then they release the funds to your account but it can take between 1 to 3 business days, so technically anywhere between Monday 28, to Wednesday 30 we should have our money. This really sucks because i had wrote out some checks thinking the money would be in my account on the 25th. This is my first and Last time i will ever use HR Block. |
