You will need information from your 2007 Tax Return. Since it is based upon the 2007 Tax Return, I'd agree with your statement, you will only get the rebate for the persons listed on your return. |

"Ryan M's" answer is the correct one. Even though (just as you said) you could not claim your son on your 2007 tax return, you'll get the $300 for your son when you file your 2008 tax return. |
