Your double negative indicates they were done correctly. If you meant that they were not done correctly, you can file an amended return to correct it. See the IRS information about it here: http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=108657,00.html

What was done wrong? If you need to file an amendment, any tax preparer should be able to do that.

Call the IRS? I'm not sure what you mean by your question.

Do you mean the WERE done incorrectly? If so, have the person who prepared them do an amended return. If you call the IRS, they'll probably tell you the same thing.

If the IRS sent you a letter, saying your taxes are incorrect, but you think that's wrong - they should have contact info on the letter.

Well if your taxes were not done incorrectly, then they would be done correctly.
So you wouldn't need to call anyone.
