I would talk to your company's payroll department and if it continues contact your local workers rights group. They might have some advice to give you. They will know all the laws that your work needs to be following and if they arent, the group can tell you what actions you need to take next to fix it. |

If they are off by more than a few dollars you should see the Human Resource office at your work. Sometimes you pay may differ if tax adjustments were taken or if your employer does a 401K type plan where you must contribute every week. If youve tried to do something about it and no one helps you, see a lawyer. |

think about who wouldbe the right person to ask about this "mistake" ..pick a time when they are not busy..ask if you may speak with he/she for a minute...and then just simply show them your pay stubs and ask "I don't understand what's happening..this doesn't seem right to me..will you look at it? " ♥ |
