My wife and i have a combined income of 125,ooo.we are over our heads in dept can we file bankrupcy incl. hous
Your income has little to do with whether or not you are eligible to file bankruptcy. It has to do with your debt to income ratio. Definitely speak to a bankruptcy attorney to see what options you have (there are several options).
Look in the phone book for an attorney who offers a free initial consulation. Then you can weigh your options and make a decision that will get you where you want to go.
Good luck to you.

Dept? As in the abbreviation for Department?
*sigh*
A combined income of $125,000 is more than enough to manage your needs quite nicely. If you are considering bankruptcy, that means you were extremely irresponsible with your finances and living way beyond your means. When you file bankruptcy, I (and others like me) have to suffer for your lack of morals and accountability. Credit card company's pass YOUR bad debts on to us in the form of higher interest rates and fees.
You got yourself into this mess, YOU should get yourself out. Call your creditors. Close your accounts. Set up repayment plans. Restructure your debt. Sell all those "toys" you undoubtedly bought. Learn to be a responsible adult and do the right thing!

Is English your second language? There are six gramatical errors and spelling errors in a line and half of narrative and a spell checker that you have ignored.
A combined income of $125,ooo what? Pesos?
Over your heads in what dept?
You cannot file bankrupcy because there is no such thing.
What is a hous?

Contact your local bar association and get the number of a good bankruptcy attorney and sit down for a consultation. That's your best bet. Bring a list of all your debt and assets.

Talk to an attorney and let them advise you. Bankrupcy has become somewhat more complicated than it used to be. There are a couple different kinds of bankrupcy.
Good luck.
