Chill! lol I understand, but it will come. If for some reason it doesn't then call the IRS and ask about it. Perhaps you gave an incomplete account number?
Either way, you will get the money, breathe...breathe...
We always use direct deposit and it's sooooo fast, Hang in! |

Calm down. It will come.
We have clients that always have their refund done "direct deposit" and there is rarely a mess up. (Personally, I like the check in hand but that takes longer.) |

Relax. It's the government. They know what they are doing.
And it's only still morning in Oklahoma. |

I can only reassure you that it will eventually all happen. It is easy to say but worry will not help the situation. It is out of your hands. It can take up to six weeks for the IRS to deposit it. |

IT WILL BE OK ... the irs doesnt actually go throught the intire return when u submitt it. they just check their numbers with ur numbers to see a close match then they agree to cut u a check. at some point the irs will go back through ur entire return to check and make sure everything is ok. if u used h n r block i may add i had alot of problems with them and i quit using them. I do my own taxes now and it helps my husband is an accountant. the irs will direct deposit u ur money. the irs downloads desposits on certain days and times throughout that day. the scheduled deposits were jan 26 feb 2 feb 9 and so on. you can go to irs.gov and click wheres my refund enter ur ssn and how u filed and amount u will recive and they will give u an estimated day when ur money is sheduled to be deposited. so dont worry it will be there |

Be patient! It's coming! States often take a bit longer to process the refunds.
I've been doing direct deposit since it was first offered. I've never lost a direct deposit payment, though I DID lose several paper checks over the years prior to direct deposit.
The tax prep place can't tell you when your refund will be deposited, only if your return has been accepted. Once it's been accepted, it generally takes 8 - 14 days to receive it. Most states take an extra week beyond that so your OK return will probably be late next week sometime.
Even with the delay, it sure beats 6 - 8 weeks with paper returns and paper checks! |

take a breath. relax. i've had my refunds deposited for YEARS with NO PROBLEMS. in fact, i will never do it any other way.
Besides, sometimes it takes the bank a couple of hours to update the system and be able to tell you that the deposit has been received.
it will be there and you will have worried for nothing, I am sure.
in the mean time, keep busy and stop watching the clock |

I have done this before, they usually deposit them on a Friday and yes I did get it. It takes about 10 to 14 days for the state and about 21 days for the federal |

It will be there, don't worry. It may not show until after midnight tonight. I always get my refunds direct deposited. I wouldn't want them any other way. You will have them both by the end of the week. |

Calm down. You can check again at your bank tomorrow, when bank receive transactions they batch post all transactions at midnight. You can also have your tax preparer give you a copy of the IRS direct deposit form that was submitted to verify they have the correct information. |

We live in Ohio, and my daughter is going through the same thing. It was supposed to get deposited last friday, and it hasnt yet. So, she's flipping out also. There must be some sort of computer problem. I would call and talk to a person at the bank and see if they can find out whats going on. |

Don't panic. If it's not in your account by tomorrow morning, then call IRS and make sure you gave them the right account number. Something like this happened to me, except that the account we had set up for direct deposit didn't exist anymore. We had closed it, but forgot to change our banking info. If you don't receive your money right away, if it somehow got lost in transit, maybe IRS can cancel payment on the cheques and issue new ones to be mailed out directly to you. |

If your bank is anything like the one I worked at, calling multiple times in one day does no good. Call tomorrow. All direct deposits come in the morning. They will not come during the day. |

It will come. You should go to the IRS website where it says 'where's my refund?'. Just give them your ss# and some information and it will tell you when your refund will be deposited. |

No worries. I have directly deposited my refunds for years. No matter what the date they are usually deposited on the Friday of that week. Sometimes the state refund may take an extra week.
Also, with certain deposits for some reason the bank is not able to see the pending transaction. I have a government deposit that I receive monthly and every once in a while I will inquire about the deposit and they do not see it but by 4:00pm that day it is in my account. It will be there, if not first go to the tax preparer to inquire about your refund and maybe a refund for services rendered if they are not providing what they advertise. |
