You're not the only one, I haven't received my rebate yet either and I have been wondering the same thing. I'm 50/50 as to whether I will actually be receiving the rebate or whether it will go towards my student loans. But I'm keeping hope alive through tomorrow at midnight. |

There were a FEW rebates on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday will be none and then the rest of the ones scheduled for FRIDAY. |

I just got off the phone with the IRS...I filed jointly with my husband and since he is the breadwinner, his SS is first (ending in 00-20). I waited for 32 minutes to get a 1 minute answer..I basically said, "whats up? Why isn't it there?" She said that they are being TRANSMITTED today....which means that it could be this afternoon, night, or even take 1 day...depending... Oy....well, there you have it. Hope this helps so that somebody else doesn't have to spend 30 minutes listening to the Nutcracker Suite while on hold.....sigh.... |

i thought i was going to get mine soon too, but when i did my taxes i got the loan from my tax center, instead of waiting for the government to do the direct deposit. i called H & R block, and they said that put in the category of receiving a check instead. oh well. it'll get here eventually. |

Remember too that if you did your taxes through H&R Block or TurboTax and had the fees taken from your refund, you're going to get a check.
Go back and check your deposit from your tax return. If it shows that you received it from the US Treasury you'll get a direct deposit. |

Uh, the schedule for the first wave isn't until tomorrow, so don't worry until then. SOME people but not all go theirs a couple days early. Why did you assume Monday or Tuesday? The first wave of deposits is this week, and most of them are tomorrow rather than one of the other days. |

With upwards of a MILLION or more checks to process every day this week, it's understandable that the IRS has hit a few snags in getting all the payments processed. I am still waiting for my rebate check too- a lot of us are. Just be patient, and keep checking with your bank- it will show up at some point. The paper checks won't go out until the 9th anyway, so I wouldn't worry if it turns out that this is the route the IRS takes. Otherwise, you just have to be patient.
We are a country of almost 400 million people, so obviously, the rebates aren't going all be processed overnight- it's just not reasonable to think this. Everybody is impatient for the checks- but I know people are working as fast as they can to get them processed. Good luck. |

Well, we're still waiting too. The schedule says "no later than May 2nd" but obviously...wrong. haha
I just assume that its not like a regular pay roll deposit where it hits your account by midnight the day of..hopefully, they keep depositing the full day. I don't know though, would be interested in finding out. |

I thought i was gettin direct deposit too, but if you got ur federal refund on RAC or RAL by H&R block, then u will be gettin a paper check, you can check the status now on IRS . gov..they have a link called Check the status of my stimulus payment |
