Each check is mailed out on a Monday Or Friday. No other day. You will get it soon. |

3-5 business days. so dont count weekends. postal carriers dont deliver on sundays, and businesses dont process mail a lot of the time on saturdays. |

This morning i was given information on the automated rebate hotline that my stimulus check is scheduled to be mailed on 5/28, which is a Wednesday.
I just read an answer to your question that Ladyjane just posted and she said that checks are mailed on Mondays and Fridays, and no other day.
Could the information I received on the automated rebate hotline be wrong?
In answer to your question it should take approximately 3-5 days to get to you. Depending on where the check came from and where you live, it shouldn't be more than that.
If you don't get it tomorrow I would call the irs even if they say that you have to wait 8 weeks. |

This is in response to a couple of comments. For most people, the checks are mailed out Fridays. Some taxpayers had their returns processed by the new computer system at the IRS which processes information daily rather than weekly. Those checks can go out on various days of the week.
Also, do not bother calling the IRS if it's been less than 2 weeks as they can't do anything about it. |
