Here in germany we've to pay a Fee, if we have an internet-connection, a TV, or Radio ! It called "GEZ-Gebühr" !

We don't pay an extra fee to the government, just the fee to the internet provider. For TV, the basic channels are free. Many people have cable or a sattelite dish, which has a lot of extra channels - you pay a private provider company a monthly fee for that. For radio, no fee unless you subscribe to a sattelite radio provider - there are plenty of free radio stations. |

No. There's no Federal fee, and there has been a law in effect since the 1980s prohibiting states from adding a new such fee.
Localities may tax cable companies, and states and localities may tax phone companies, but there isn't a tax on internet connections, or receiving broadcast TV or radio. |

Yes, we do have to pay certain fees. Not for the radio but we have to find a company to install the internet in our homes or business and we pay a fee for this service each month. Television is a different story. Our we can watch our televisions without paying but we only get a limited number of channels. We can pay a little more for a few more channels and so on and so on. The radio is free however unless we want satellite radio with no commercials then yet again we have to pay a fee. We dont have set fees for each item. Its just based on the company from which we get the service. |

yes you have to pay a fee for dial up, as well as if you want fast connection such as dsl, comcast or at&t you have to pay extra.
for tv, there is no charge for local channels, but if you want satellite or cable, you have to pay a fee
and radio is free! |

Radio service is free (aside from satellite radio, which has a subscription fee).
TV is free for basic, over-the-air channels, but there are only about three or four of those ... to get all of the good channels, you have to pay for cable service.
You have to pay an Internet Service Provider, too. |

We dont have to pay a fee for having them. We just have to pay our monthly access fee so we can continuing using it month after month. And we dont have to pay for radio unless it is satelite radio. |
