Trust me, everyone notices those who can't come to work but can pick up their check lol especially managers. There is always someone to do it on pay days. I would say wait till the next day if it means terms of being fired. Oh yeah a lot of employees tend to get sick on pay day for some reason and go home early. I suggest you go but act like you are sick and leave, that is better even though it's ironic. |

That's like the guy I worked with who wanted all the overtime they could pay, but didn't like the part of giving up his time.
Too bad, because in the screwy world we live in, believe it or not, some people don't get paid by paycheck.
They earn a king's ransom through stock options and bonuses for doing nothing more than organizing golf outings with buddies.
Having to depend on that paycheck that keeps getting skimpier and skimpier is a bummer. |
