Once surgeons begin specialist training, they can earn a basic salary of between £29,000 and £44,000 a year. (Thats £2417 to £3667 a month)
Basic salaries for surgical consultants start at around £70,000 (£5833/month); the most senior consultants can earn over £160,000 (£13333/month).
So the answer depends on how long the surgeon has been qualified for.
Ok answer?

In the Netherlands a surgeon earns up to 120.000€ a year.
500.000$ a year is from private clinics in the USA. Considering the NSA in the UK, salaries will not go near 500.000$ a year. |

probably a lot.. depends what type of surgeon...brain surgeons get paid more than surgeon who operate on your leg...depends on the location, London pays more and so does private care...it really does depend. Have a look on NHS careers website for more info. |

Depends on experience, what type of surgeon they are, and where they work. |
