SBBT getting a strange message when I log in, please advise.?
The IRS did not deposit funds to your account as originally expected. The IRS usually makes refund deposits within 9 to 16 days, but your deposit was not received within that period of time. At times the IRS will delay a refund deposit by one week, so you may check back at this site seven days from now. If no deposit is made by then, you should contact the IRS. For more information on the status of your refund, we recommend you visit the IRS website at www.irs.gov and select the "Where's My Refund?" link. Thank you.

The above message is what I get when I log into the sbbt website. I was wondering if anyone else has gotten this message and if they know more about it? I emailed SBBT and I have not gotten any response. I did NOT do a RAL, just had them take the TT fees out, plus their fee of course.
I was wondering if someone knows if this will be updated tonight, etc. My refund date is confirmed on the IRS website as the 25th. Thank you!
Additional Details
This question is not about the IRS site but SBBT site, and their response.

Good luck to all. I spoke with the IRS yesterday and was told they are pushing many refunds out to mid February because they don't have enough people to process returns and refunds.

Today is only the 23rd. You're jumping the gun! The first ACH run from the IRS isn't scheduled until tomorrow evening, the 24th. Funds should start arriving in bank accounts on Friday the 25th, depending upon how your bank posts ACH transactions. If they post in real time you should see your money sometime Friday, possibly at the beginning of the banking day. If they batch process at end-of-day those would run Friday evening with Friday's business and would therefore be in your account on Monday, the 29th.

Yeah, I got the same message earlier as well. I was like, what in the hell is this? It's two days before and you're saying they had to authorize it this early? Glad I'm not the only one, as I'm sure it's nothing I did personally if everyone else is getting the same message. =P

Hi

SBBT mailed my tax refund check today!! I checked their website this morning and it says they received my refund from the IRS on 1/24 and that they mailed out my refund check this morning. Call sbbt at 1-800-717-7228 and it will also tell you if your refund was received or not. Good luck!

GUESS what everyone i found out the simpliest solution to all of our problems please share this with others...Any codes, errors, delays or basically the information you dont wanna see when check your Refund Status just simply Erase and Clean your Cookies thats it! The systems for Status Updates that were all constantly checking is an Automated system and dont have its own brain so therefore ive figured out a way to outsmart so therefore everyone delete your cookies and check back at irs.gov and watch what it tells you also go here for the Irs Refund Direct Deposit Dates
