Are you insane? You would have to give the same status to dozens of your other gods, like Disney (as pointed out) and Fox News.
You are correct to point out the sickness of American "culture" which worships the things that are are killing and enslaving its people.
And you are correct to point out the hypocrisy and corruption that gives tax-exempt status to a huge industry of untold (because they don't have to) wealth that many many Americans not only don't have any use for but are contemptuous of, and how the whole thing violates your own Constitution.
However, there are many many bizarre things you Americans worship, and you'd have to give them tax-free status too, which would result in a huge increase in your imbalance of trade with China and the oil-producing countries, because most of the tax benefits would flow to them, rather than to American firms.
Too bad you people forgot how to make anything other than hamburgers and fraudulent monopolies.
America is in a Death Spiral, as it is known in business. There is really nothing that can be done now. Most of the wealthy have off-shore sanctuaries in places like the Bahamas that they can go to when Bush declares martial law in November.

Take a look at how fat our country has become! It has been in simi recent years, and it is a result of our lifestyles changing to an always on the go, no one cooking at home. Wonder why children are entering puberty earlier? Fatty foods are associated with this.
McDonalds is also one of the worlds most prosperous companies, they make money, there is no reason why someone who can afford to live should receive tax cuts, tax cuts should be given to those who need them.
And as a church, well that is the only thing I can even laugh at here, maybe you should think before you type? It is pretty similar to thinking before you talk! |
