Went through Turbo Tax and had the fee taken out of the refund for the state fee, Federal return was free.
Now I know what Turbo Tax says about using Santa Barbara Bank and stuff. They say that if you used Santa Barbara through Turbo Tax it will be mailed to you, but if you go to the IRS site it says something completely different.
The IRS site says that if your account info was listed on your tax return and mine is, that it will come DD just like my refund was. On my bank statement it even says Treasury Department.
So which way will this stimulus come?
The people at the IRS number that is floating around couldn't tell me.

My husband and I filled through turbo taxes, and I payed the fee up front and he had the fee taking out of his taxes. I got my refund straight form the IRS and his from SBB. When it came down to the stimulus check (both of or ssn where 00-20), and I had mines direct deposit and he didn't. Reason being he went through SBB and they don't deposit your check they IRS has to mail it. |

If your refund was DD, your rebate will be DD. The date will be dependent on the last two digits of your SSN either yesterday, next Fri. or the following Fri. If you did not file taxes until after April 15 it will be delayed several weeks. |

To check the status of your Stimulus rebate the number is 1-866-234-2942. You probably will not get to talk to anyone, but it will inform you of the way your fund will be sent to you. I do hope this helps. |

My officemate had DD for his refund and got his stimulus the same way. If you don't have DD for the refund, they won't have a place to DD with, so it will be mailed. |

Nobody can tell you that. Some rebates fell through the cracks and are and will be DD in the Santa Barbara scenario...most however will be mailed. |

If you don't get it in the mail you'll get it direct deposited. You can find out approx. when you should get it based on your social so go from there. |
