Going by the Stimulus Payment schedule at irs.gov, my rebate check should be sent out no later than July 4th - but by it stating "no later than", I am wondering if I can expect it sooner than the 4th - also being that the 4th is a Holiday? Has anyone who's supposed to receive theirs around that date received their check yet? It does say that you should receive it a few days AFTER the 4th - but I'm just curious to know if anyone has already received theirs and had the date of July 4th as when the check would be sent. THANKS! |

Note that it will take the Postal Service a few days to deliver it after it is mailed, so if it is mailed according to the IRS schedule on 7/4 (a legal holiday), you may not get it until early in the week of 7/7.
Some rebate checks in a given SSN range go out earlier in the week, but there does not appear to be any recognizable pattern to predict which checks get mailed out earlier in the week. |

We got the letter today (6-30-08) saying that we should get our check by july 5th.
God I hope so, we are moving and our check will be goig for moving expenses and stuff we need for the new house.

I was sent a letter from the irs, stating that my rebate should be sent out on July 5. I have not receive any other information and
I have not received my check. My last two digits are 77. I was thinking that I would get my check on Tuesday of the following week.
Let me know when you get your check.

Last 2 are 87 , live in Pennsylvania, and we haven't even received a notice that we're getting a check yet, but we showed up on the "Where's my stimulus payment" tracker a week ago. I hope it comes sooner rather than later! |

Nope but you can call the hotline directly 18662342942 follow the prompts and wait until it asks for the status and enter you ss# and they will give you the date of when you stimulus check should be to you. |

My husband's SS# 87 and mine #79 and we received THE LETTER today, which is Monday the 30th. It said on the IRS website that it will be sent out on the 4th, but the letter said we are due to receive our check by the 5th.
Hopefully we receive it earlier. |
