I read yesterday that they are starting a mass production of printing the checks today in Kansas City. They will start mailing tomorrow. The reporter said by the end of June, everyone should have them. |

Just out of experience, my friends ss last two is 37 and she already received hers last week, so I dont know what the irs is doing. Another one of my friends is 45 and she received hers last week also. Mine is 08, and i have direct dep. and have yet to receive the second letter or the rebate..still waiting. |

they have already started mailing them out-
my neighbor got her two days ago
not sure what her social was, the only reason I know she got it because we got our mail at the same time and she was jumping up and down--- Rents due this week!! |

IRS website is still showing that they expect to *begin* sending out the paper checks on the 16th of May.
Because of the time it takes for the printing presses to print those checks and the fact that other paper check payments must still go out on time I would be surprised if the paper processing portion can be speed ed up much more at all. |

Paper Checks are scheduled to begin being mailed tomorrow May 9th 1 week earlier than the original Schedule.

some have received their checks - maybe it depends on when you filed, not totally on your ss #. if you filed, no matter how, in jan, it would seem that you would get yours before someone who filed in feb or mar - maybe? i do appreciate the postings. |

I was soooooooo glad to see the mass printing starting today in Kansas City I had been seeing on here that people were already getting checks in the mail with ssn's higher than ours I was fuming but I live in MO just north of K.C as a matter of fact and will be keeping my fingers crossed that ours will be in the mail tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!! |

Paper checks have already started being mailed! I personally know someone who got hers on Tuesday and her last 2 are 08. Which is confusing since we filed in January and my husbands last 2 are 00!! |

I got mine direct deposited yesterday. My social ends in 65, and they weren't due to send it to me until 9 May. I guess they are a bit ahead. I'm just as surprised! |
